Introduction
I am an experienced Occupational Therapist (25 years) who works with families to bring about real life changes in routines and school so that their child is not just regulated, but able to engage in activities that are meaningful to them.
I am SII and SAI trained. My experience is with children who have moderate to severe emotional behavioural difficulties. I am also trained in ADOS, Circle of security, Sensory Oral Sequential Model of feed (SOS approach), Therapeutic Listening and use a family focused approach to my interventions.
Approach
My approach to occupational therapy is grounded in evidence-based practice and a deep understanding of each individual’s needs. I focus on practical strategies that can be implemented in everyday routines at home and during therapy sessions. My goal is to support children and families with clear, structured, and meaningful progress.
